I am currently finishing my Ph.D. studies in Chemistry in Agriculture and Environment, in the domain of Food Fraud, under the supervision of Professor Fábio Rocha. I was also Guest Ph.D. at Wageningen University, at Food Quality and Design group, under the supervision of Prof. Saskia van Ruth. Currently, I am working on a short-term project at Kerry group (Campinas, Brazil) to implement systems of mitigation of fraud and improve traceability of foodstuff. I am open to discuss Food Fraud mitigation and the development/improvement of analytical methods for fraud detection. The following links are related to my researches already published.
