This session will explore the very latest developments in accurate allergens analysis, and the critical roles laboratories play in assessing and managing the risks associated with allergens. Take a deep dive into the most prevalent issues in the world of allergens and food labelling, including regulatory demands and laboratory analysis challenges.

Michael Walker is an Honorary Professor at the Institute for Global Food Security, Queen's University, Belfast, and is an expert in the analytical chemistry of food, water, air, and consumer protection. Michael has previously held the position of Head of the Office of the Government Chemist in the UK, part of a celebrated career dedicated to science for a safer world.

This is a great opportunity to gain the latest insights, expertise, and news from a leading expert in the field of food safety. ‘Level-up’ your allergens analysis and register now for this free and exclusive webinar.

Government Chemist conference 2021: Safe food for tomorrow's world, 23 - 24 June (virtual event)https://www.foodauthenticity.global/events/government-chemist-conference-2021-safe-food-for-tomorrow-s-world2021-04-30T16:57:36.000Z2021-04-30T16:57:36.000ZSelvarani Elahihttps://www.foodauthenticity.global/members/SelvaraniElahi869

The Government Chemist conference, ‘Safe food for tomorrow’s world’ will take place online on 23 and 24 June 2021.

This conference was originally scheduled to take place in June 2020 and was postponed to June 2021 as a consequence of the Covid-19 pandemic. In view of the ongoing restrictions for public events, we have decided to proceed with this conference as an online event.
