We are engaged in a food consortium in Israel driven by the Israeli Innovation Authority in which we lead the development of food raw material quality agenda in which we create a common ontology of terms among participants manufacturers to facilitate a data sharing database in effort to identify health and quality threats as early as possible based on the assumption that raw material suppliers provide the same ingredients to multiple manufacturers.
