Are you involved in Fresh Produce in the UK or US?
Dear Colleague
I am collecting data for my PhD in both, the UK and US fresh produce sectors. This study will identify the types of preventive tools currently used to prevent food fraud in conventional and/or organic fresh produce. Having worked in the fresh sector myself, I value your feedback very much and need help with getting sufficient responses during this difficult time with Covid-19.
If you can kindly complete the multiple-choice survey below, I will be able to get a true picture of the types of tools used and the general perception towards food fraud in the UK and US.
It is an anonymous survey and takes 6 minutes or less to complete on your computer or smartphone.
Aggregated data will be made available on the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) website.
