The following list includes Standard Operating Proceures prepared in the course of FSA and DEFRA Food Authenticity projects. The list is currently for information only; links or available documents will be added as available. In the mean time, SOPs or other procedures can be found by searching for project number or SOP title on the FSA or DEFRA websites.
