Registration and accomodation details are now open for the International Association of Food Protection annual conference. The conference homepage is here. There is a warning from the organisers to only use the official housing partner, HPN Global, for booking your accomodation because unaffiliated agents are charging excessive mark-ups.
IAFP is also inviting participants for the Food Protection Resource Marketplace taking place at the conference. These are 3 minute flash-presentations to promote food protection resources (e.g. books, training curricula, software or other tools) which must be freely available and not-for-profit. Please submit a 300 word summary to Tamara Ford at tford@foodprotection.org by March 20, 2024.
