Hi, I've developed a prototype broadband static FT spectrometer covering the spectral range 400-1700nm (6000-25000cm-1) and would like to know what type of food and beverages would be best to test for and is of interest in the industry. I’ve performed some tests on different brands of Manuka honey and seen some differences in the spectra but I cannot explain them. Thank you.
