The Food Authenticity Network (FAN) is a multi-award winning platform that advances global food integrity by promoting good practices, signposting trusted resources, and strengthening capability and capacity throughout the supply chain to combat food fraud.
FAN is a now a community of over 6,000 members, from over 120 countries, all dedicated to the detection and prevention of food fraud. In addition, in 2024, over 55,000 unique users from 171 countries accessed our website demonstrating that FAN is a globally recognised hub for food fraud detection and prevention.
A central part of our 2025 - 2027 strategy is to ensure that FAN remains open access, so that all stakeholders — from small businesses to global organisations, and from low- and middle-income countries to high-income countries — can access practical guidance and global good practice.
