FSS have published (here) their 2024-27 strategic plan for food crime prevention. It is a high-level document and, although written for Scotland, the principles are applicable for regulators and enforcement bodies anywhere. It describes a model for the identification, analysis and implementation of measures to reduce or prevent the ccurrence or re-occurrence of food crime and the identification and mitigation of related future food crime risks.
