This is the 5th meeting of this 1 day conference, jointly organised by the Food Interest Group and the Separation Science Interest Group of the Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC) and held at the prestigious Burlington House RSC headquarters in London's Piccadilly.
Prices are deliberately accessible, with early bird registration as low as GBP £35 for RSC members, and GBP £10 for students or retirees.
