Conference - Designing Adaptive Food Systems for Sustainable Nutrition - Oxford, UK, 10 July

IFST Oxford Food Summit 2025:

This full day conference, organised by IFST (a FAN partner organisation), will bring together top academics, industry leaders, policymakers, and advocates to tackle pressing global challenges.  Whilst not specifically including authenticity content, the programme is filled with topics such as the trends in novel and functional ingredients which will drive tomorrow's authenticity challenges.
