The Institute of Food Science and Technology (IFST) is a charity established is the general advancement and application of food science and technology, for the benefit, safety and health of the public. It is an internationally respected independent membership body, supporting food professionals through knowledge sharing and professional recognition. FAN are priviledged to have IFST as a partner and representative on our Steering Board.
The Autumn Conference 2025 is IFST's flagship annual event, bringing together over 200 leaders, innovators, and experts from across the food system. This year’s conference will explore the critical themes of food resilience and food security.
