Conference - Non-Targeted Analysis of Food and Flavours - London, 3 & 4 November 2025

This 2-day in person conference, jointly organised by the Royal Society of Chemistry's Food and Separation Science interest groups, covers applications of non-targeted analysis in both food flavour science and in authenticity testing.  The programme ranges from best practice in the use of AI to the use of a weight of evidence approach when testing if a food is fraudulent.
