First Announcement
The Food Authenticity Network is delighted to announce our inaugural conference, Analysis 4 Authenticity, to foster knowledge sharing and highlight research,innovation and collaboration among experts,researchers, and industry professionals. The conference will also raise awareness about the importance of food authenticity testing in helpingdevelop global standards and showcase newtechnologies for detecting fraud and verifying authenticity, helping to strengthen foodstandards, safety and transparency.
The programme is split over two days, 13.30 - 17.00 GMT. Separate registration is required for each day. The full speaker programme will be available in early January.
This conference is being funded by the UK Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, the Food Standards Agency and Food Standards Scotland.
