Registration is still open for the annual IAFP meeting, with the full conference programme available online here. The conference is focussed on the food hygiene and allergens aspects of safety but, for the first time, includes a round table session on "Combatting Food Fraud: Leveraging Innovation,Traceability, and AI for a Safer Global Food Supply".
