Next year's symposium of the International Association of Food Protection will be held in New Orleans, USA, 26 - 29 July 2026. The programme is still to be finalised but is likely to include at least two sessions on food fraud mitigation.
Applications are now open for grants which will pay travel costs to attend the conference:
- Travel Award for Food Safety Professionals in a Country with a Developing Economy (applications close 10 February 2026)
- Travel Award for Health or Agricultural Department Employees in North America (applications close 10 February 2026)
- Student Travel Scholarship (applications close 20 January 2026)
