The European Food Fraud Community of Practice (EFF-CoP) invites you to an interactive webinar exploring how weak signals can help identify and prevent food integrity risks before they develop into visible incidents.
The session will feature Carolina Ruiz Olivos, Founder & Executive Director of INNOCUITY®, a food engineer and senior food industry professional with nearly 30 years of experience in food safety, quality, operations, auditing and training.
The webinar will look at why food integrity risks often remain invisible, how early warning signals can be overlooked in day-to-day operations, and what industry, researchers and regulators can do to recognise and connect these signals more effectively.
The expert presentation will be followed by a moderated discussion and an interactive audience Q&A, providing participants with the opportunity to share perspectives and practical experiences.
