Webinar: Tacking Fraud Risks in the Global Food Supply, 15 January, 11.00 (UK time)

This online session is free for members of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH), payable by invoice for non-members.

The purpose of this CIEH Conversations event is to act as a guide through approaches and processes to improve the resilience of supply networks to food fraud.

In conversation with Sterling Crew, Selvarani will look at the common factors in some recent cases and explain how risks can be mitigated to reduce vulnerability to incidents and assure the safety and authenticity of food.
