I have been involved in food authenticity testing for over 25 years having coordinated one of the first EU projects on the subject (FAIM: Food Authenticity - Issues and Méthodologies, FP4). I am currently involved in the FP7 Food Integrity Project and in charge of developing a database of food authenticity issues and their analytical solutions.
