Additional information about your food authenticity interests
I am very interested in what we are actually consuming when eating goods that are store bought and not completely grown and made from scratch ourselves. I recently discovered that hormone injections are used in the production of cows milk by farmers which can in turn massively interrupt our own hormone regulation. This has lead me to a great interest in what else I did not know about foods I consume - the hidden sugars for example or additives and preservatives that can be detrimental to our health in the long run. This seems like an excellent network to be a part of as the authenticity of food is now a growing concern and an area I would very much like to be a part of to change for the better.
