It primarily has a food safety focus. Although there is a short section on Food Fraud, no specific risks or concerns are highlighted. Rather, the report references EFSA;s ongoing use of digital (AI assisted) risk prioritisation tools to provide insight from sources such as the JRC monthly collation of food fraud media reports (resources which are all signposted on FAN's Incident Trends pages).
