These short monthly bulletins cover all food safety and food authenticity issues. They include basic mitigation steps that all food businesses should take.
Issues highlighted in September include undeclared food colours and compliance failures at import and border control. These are themes picked up in all incident collation tools signposted on FAN's "Incident Trends" page, which signposts a range of different reports that give a variety of different insight from different data sources.
