Adrian Rogers is currently the development manager for BioCheck UK, and has over 20 years’ experience of developing analytical methods for the detection of food allergens. Recently Adrian has been a contributor to the food hypersensitivity research priority setting exercise for the UK Food Standards Agency, ILSI Europe’s food allergen quantitative risk assessment guidance document and AOAC’s food allergen and gluten working group.
