My research currently targets non-destructive fraud detection and quality grading in dry commodities, specifically developing hierarchical models for black tea authentication. I am actively looking to adapt these AI-driven inspection methods to other high-value supply chains, such as Saffron, Honey, and Premium Liquids, to enhance transparency and food safety.
