The Global Honey Integrity Council is an independent international initiative concerned with honey authenticity, the prevention of adulteration, transparent supply chains and fair market conditions. Our interests include sampling strategies, chain of custody, analytical testing methods, interpretation of authenticity evidence, market surveillance and cooperation between laboratories, beekeepers, authorities, researchers and responsible food businesses.
