I work on seafood authenticity and traceability using stable isotope and multi-elemental approach. In addition I analyze fatty acid composition and carbon stable isotope values of individual fatty acids in fish.
My interests include expanding my knowledge of food authenticity across different food groups and exploring various analytical techniques.
