I am Joe, the founder & CEO of RialtoLabs, based in Dublin, Ireland. We specialise in enabling real-time on-site analysis solutions for the agri-food and bioeconomy sectors.
We see great opportunity to integrate a largely underutilised and cost effective technology (Near infrared spectroscopy) to offer a fast non-destructive method to verify food authenticity, by analysing a product's unique spectral fingerprint to detect adulteration, nutritional information, or mislabelling at multiple touchpoints in the food chain.
RialtoLabs builds bespoke on-site analysis solutions that pairs portable scanning hardware with custom-trained AI models, giving food producers, retailers, and certifiers a turnkey platform for real-time authenticity checks without the need for lab infrastructure.
