Additional information about your food authenticity interests
At present, I am working as Dean, School of Agricultural Sciences and Technology and involved in developing curriculum on crop and animal production systemsincluding its safety. Earlier, I worked for Indian Council of Agricultural Research as Plant Pathologist. I was actively associated with FSSAI, India during 2010-2022 as a member of scientific panel on biological hazards (6 years) and scientific panel on contaminants in food chain (6 years). Hence, I am keen to keep myself abreast about food safety from time to time.
