The Food Fraud Prevention Think Tank (Professor John Spink's group at Michigan State University) is seeking views on the use of the term "illicit" in the context of food fraud. This has an impact on international standardisation, as well as the framing of legislation and on the communication and lesson-learning from food fraud incidents.
